J4velin has made an app exclusively for you guys. The timer in this app changes the back-ground automatically. If you think that this is consuming your battery then you can switch off the timer. In that case, you can manually change the wall-paper with just a click on the app’s widget. However, the developer says that he has not experienced any sort of drainage by setting 30 minutes of interval.

And if you close the timer then no service or application thread will run in the back-ground of your mobile, so you need not to worry of any loss of battery. The power performance only affects if any thread works behind the scenes and if no service is running then you are as good as without installing the app. Just obviously, if you will install anything, it will consume some space.

However, it has a missing feature. It does not allow to upload in bulk. You need to add one by one. May it gets fixed in the future releases.
