Windows Phone 7 developers and hackers at XDA forums are successful in installing HTC Hub on any Windows Phone 7 device, whether the device is HTC or Non-HTC.
This hack is done by Heathcliff74 . He added that this is not the latest version of HTC Hub and lacks live-tile. He would be updating this later.
HTC Hub is a service from HTC that allows users to add more content to their devices, browse apps and download ringtones.

The downloadable rars contain the xap. You can use any dev-unlocked device, HTC or non-HTC. As per Heathcliff74, it was a reversing adventure.
In order to make this hack work, your phone must be unlocked with Chevron WP7.
